Customer Order Administrator. Bury. Temp to Perm. Immediate start. £12.71 per hour
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join the customer service department and support with Admin duties, ensuring that high volumes of orders are processed and dispatched efficiently.
Duties will include;
- Entering a high volume of customer orders on to the ERP system
- Making any amendments or cancellations as applicable
- Liaising with suppliers to check on stock availability
- Liaising with couriers regarding delivery dates, times and any delays which may impact the customer
This will be on a temp to perm basis and the successful person must be available to start next week. Previous experience of entering customer orders is preferred, along with knowledge of using ERP systems.
