Key Responsibilities:

Accurately process supplier invoices and credit notes

Match invoices to purchase orders and goods received notes

Liaise with internal stakeholders for invoice approvals

Set up and maintain supplier accounts

Reconcile supplier statements and resolve queries

Prepare BACS payment runs and month-end accruals

Ensure compliance with finance policies and month-end deadlines
What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a purchase ledger or similar finance role

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Confident communicator with good Excel and accounting software skills
