TLP Recruitment Southampton are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to support a busy mailing and distribution operation based in the Nursling area of Southampton.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy detailed, hands-on work and are comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment supporting large-scale mailing and fulfilment projects.
The Role
Duties will vary depending on workload and client requirements but can include:
- Hand matching and enclosing printed materials
- Packing promotional and retail items into mail packs and boxes
- Labelling and preparing items for dispatch
- Making up boxes and packaging materials
- Quality checking products and completed orders
- Loading completed work onto pallets ready for collection
- General warehouse and production support duties
This is a manual role that can involve repetitive tasks and standing for long periods, so attention to detail and good accuracy are important.

- Comfortable with repetitive/manual work
- Ability to work towards deadlines in a busy environment
- Previous warehouse, production, fulfilment or packing experience beneficial but not essential
- Good teamwork and communication skills
