Required Skills:
· Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up
· Passion for fresh, seasonal cooking and working with quality produce
· Ability to run a section confidently during busy services
· Strong attention to detail with consistent delivery of high standards
· Good understanding of food safety and kitchen compliance
· Ability to work cleanly, efficiently and minimise wastage
· Team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
· Genuine interest in sustainable, ingredient-led cooking
JWR is currently recruiting for a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join a highly regarded, award-winning seasonal dining pub with rooms in the heart of Totnes. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who is passionate about honest, produce-led cooking and wants to work in a kitchen that values quality over complexity.
Working closely with an experienced Head Chef & team, you will help deliver a constantly evolving menu built around the very best local and seasonal ingredients. The kitchen has a strong ethos around sustainability, simplicity, and respect for produce, with a real emphasis on letting ingredients shine.
