Hours: 35 hours per week over 5 days
Shift Pattern:
This role includes a mixture of early, daytime, and late shifts, with the earliest start time being 5:30am and the latest finish 9pm. Saturday working is required.
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Store Supervisor to support the day-to-day running of our store and help deliver an excellent shopping experience for our customers.
The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining high retail standards, supporting the team, and ensuring the store is well-presented, fully stocked, and operating efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring the store is merchandised to the highest standards
- Maintaining excellent stock control and stock rotation
- Delivering outstanding customer service and creating a positive shopping experience
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the store
- Assisting with general store duties as required
Skills & Experience
- Previous retail experience is preferred
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A reliable, flexible, and positive approach to work
Full training will be provided.
