About the Role
Outbox Recruitment is hiring on behalf of our client, a fast-growing logistics partner supporting parcel delivery operations from the Harlow depot.
We’re looking for reliable, motivated Multi-Drop Delivery Drivers to deliver parcels to residential and business addresses across the local area. This is a long-term, self-employed opportunity offering strong day rates, paid training, and full support from day one.
Drivers will rent a van through our client (courier insurance included).
New Pay Rates (9-Hour Routes)
Standard Parcel Routes:
£175.33 + VAT (20%) = £210.40 per day
Large Parcel Routes:
£195.33 + VAT (20%) = £234.40 per day
Higher rates may be available during peak periods.
Van Hire (Courier Insurance Included)
SWB Van: £258 per week
LWB Van: £294 per week
No upfront deposit – spread the cost: £50 per week for 12 weeks (£600 total)
Van includes insurance, servicing, and breakdown cover.
Training Provided (Paid)
1 Day online classroom training
1–2 Days ride-along with experienced drivers
Training Pay: £130.50 per day
What to Expect
Average route length: around 9 hours per day
Wave times: 10:55 AM or 11:20 AM
Delivery areas vary day-to-day
Routes are pre-generated with full scanning and navigation support provided
Requirements
Full UK or EU driving licence (held for at least 1 year)
Maximum 6 points (no major endorsements or bans)
Must pass a background check (£49 fee deducted from wages)
Physically fit and able to lift and handle parcels
Weekend availability and schedule flexibility required
