· Minimum visit length of 2 hours
· Flexible working day arranged around your lifestyle/availability
· You’ll earn £13.45 an hour and we’ll pay you a mileage allowance and pay you for your travel time.
· A range of permanent contract sizes available You’ll visit the same clients each week – so you’ll really get to know them.
· We’ll give you full training and ongoing support to help you settle in.
· You’ll be working in an employee-owned company so you’ll have a say in what we do, you’ll get shares in the company and you’ll join our profit-sharing scheme.
· Good career progression opportunities - ALL our managers and seniors (including the Managing Director) started with us as Support Workers.
