Chase Lodge is a specialised Residential Care Home which cares for people with long-term mental health issues and are currently looking to fill a Senior Team Leader vacancy
The Senior Team Leader plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and safe running of the residential care home. They provide day-to-day leadership to support staff, promote high-quality care, and help maintain a positive, person-centred environment for residents. The Senior Team Leader oversees shifts, supports staff decision-making, responds to incidents, and ensures that care plans and organisational policies are followed.

We are looking for people who have:
- Experience of any health, social care or related professions would be beneficial.
- Experience of a leadership role within Health and Social Care
- Have good communication skills, be positive and patient!

- Have an empathy and understanding of the needs of our residents.
* An enhanced DBS will be required for all successful candidates
