Housekeeping Supervisor – Holiday Apartments

Join our friendly team at The Osborne Apartments – a beautiful collection of 46 self-catering holiday apartments located in one of Torquay’s most sought-after coastal settings.
We are looking for an experienced and organised Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping operation and help deliver an exceptional experience for our guests.
Working Hours:
- Every Friday & Saturday
- 9:15am – 4:00pm
- Additional weekday hours available when required, in line with the rota
The Role:
As Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play an important part in ensuring our apartments are maintained to the highest standards and are guest-ready for every arrival.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and coordinating the housekeeping team
- Organising daily cleaning schedules and allocating workloads
- Completing apartment inspections and quality checks prior to guest occupation
- Managing housekeeping checklists and reporting maintenance issues promptly
- Assisting with the organisation and coordination of laundry requirements
- Supporting smooth day-to-day operations across the apartments
About You:
- Previous housekeeping supervisory experience preferred
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and pride in maintaining excellent standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced holiday environment
- Positive, proactive and team-focused approach
