Keltic Traffic Management is expanding, and we are looking for a reliable, proactive, and confident Night Supervisor to join our growing team. This is a key position within our operations, ensuring our sites run safely, efficiently, and to the high standards our clients expect.
About the Role
- Based in the office throughout your shift.
- You will act as the first point of contact for operatives, clients, and emergency escalations during the night.
This role follows a 4 on / 4 off night rota, working 12 hour shifts. The pattern provides a consistent, predictable schedule with regular extended rest periods. It is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment, remains calm under pressure, and can manage multiple tasks with confidence and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all night operations across multiple TM sites.
- Provide clear, friendly, and professional customer service.
- Ensure all sites are set out safely and in line with Chapter 8 and sector scheme requirements.
- Support operatives throughout the night, including welfare checks.
- Handle emergency calls and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Complete job records, reports, and required admin accurately.
- Liaise with planners, supervisors, and project managers to ensure smooth handovers.
- Monitor equipment usage, compliance, and operational standards.

What We Are Looking For
- Experience in the Traffic Management industry (LANTRA qualifications beneficial but not essential).
- Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Confident decision-maker with good problem-solving ability.
- Able to work independently and take ownership of night operations.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering outstanding standards.
- Comfortable with basic IT tasks and reporting.
