This role supports our teams and services by ensuring that our digital systems, devices and technology run smoothly, helping staff to provide outstanding support to the people who live at Pickworths.

About the Role
You’ll support the day‑to‑day running and improvement of our IT systems, including:
- Helping staff with IT issues (passwords, access, devices)
- Setting up new users, laptops, phones and tablets
- Supporting Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
- Assisting with device management using Intune
- Supporting Power BI reporting and data
- Creating and improving digital forms and systems
This is a hands‑on role where you’ll learn by doing, supported by a friendly and experienced team.

You do not need extensive IT experience; your attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn are what matter most.
Essential
- Interest in IT, systems and technology
- GCSE Maths (or equivalent)
- Right to work in the UK
Desirable
- Knowledge of IT systems, Microsoft 365 or troubleshooting
- Interest in data, reporting or digital systems
- IT/Computer Science qualification(s)
- Driving licence
Successful candidates will be required to complete an enhanced DBS check.
