Weddings and Events Coordinator and restaurant administrator
We are seeking a talented and passionate individual to join our team as a Weddings and Events Coordinator. As a coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing flawless weddings and events, ensuring an unforgettable experience for our clients. Your creativity, exceptional organizational skills, and attention to detail will be instrumental in bringing our clients' visions to life.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and requirements for their wedding or event.
- Assist clients in selecting venues, vendors, and other event-related services to ensure a seamless planning process.
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of the event planning process, including budgeting, timelines, and logistics.
- Collaborate with vendors, such as caterers, florists, photographers, and entertainers, to ensure their services align with the clients' expectations.
- Create detailed event timelines and itineraries, ensuring all parties involved are well-informed and prepared.
- Oversee the setup, decoration, and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring they meet the clients' specifications.
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve any event-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to the clients' experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service, promptly responding to client inquiries and addressing any concerns or changes throughout the planning process.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging event technologies, and innovative ideas to continuously enhance the quality of our services.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in event planning or coordination, particularly in weddings, is highly desirable.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, to establish positive relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
