Providence Maintenance & Electrical Services Ltd is a family-run maintenance contractor delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services across South Yorkshire. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and reliable Multi-Skilled Maintenance Joiner to join our all-trades team.
This is a varied role carrying out joinery repairs and maintenance works within public buildings, social housing properties, and void properties throughout Rotherham, Sheffield and the surrounding areas.
The Role
Duties will include:
- General joinery repairs and maintenance
- Door repairs, adjustments and replacements
- Skirting, architraves and internal woodwork repairs
- Kitchen repairs and replacements
- Flooring and boarding works
- Lock and ironmongery repairs
- Fencing and external joinery works
- Void property refurbishments
- Working alongside our plumbing, electrical and multi-trade operatives to complete repairs efficiently
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a maintenance joiner
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent customer service skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Experience working within social housing or public sector properties would be advantageous
