Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable Reformer Pilates and Mat Pilates Instructors to join our exciting & dynamic team at Co. Harwich. The successful candidate will deliver engaging, safe, and effective Pilates classes tailored to a diverse clientele. This role offers an excellent opportunity to share your passion for fitness and help clients achieve their health and wellness goals through specialised Pilates instruction. The instructor will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment that encourages progress, motivation, and enjoyment in every session. We encourage instructors with their own pilates brands & businesses to join our fitness collective. We are new, exciting, fresh, vibrant business and are looking for instructors who embody the brand and are excited about growing with us.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality Reformer Pilates and Mat Pilates classes that cater to all levels of ability.
- Design customised programmes to meet individual client needs, ensuring safety and effectiveness.
- Demonstrate proper technique and posture, providing clear guidance and corrections during sessions.
- Monitor client progress and provide personalised feedback to support their fitness journey.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe studio environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Foster a positive atmosphere that motivates clients and encourages regular attendance.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest Pilates techniques, industry trends, and anatomical knowledge to enhance class quality.
- Assist in promoting classes through social media or other marketing channels to attract new clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Pilates instructor specialising in Reformer and Mat classes.
- Strong background in sports coaching or teaching with excellent communication skills.
- Solid knowledge of human anatomy relevant to Pilates exercises to ensure safe practice.
- Passion for fitness education with the ability to motivate diverse groups of clients.
- Fully Qualified & Relevant certifications or qualifications in Mat Pilates& Reformer Pilates instruction recognised within the industry.
- Ability to adapt classes for different skill levels and individual needs.

Pay: Up to £60.00 per hour
