Our client, a well-established and highly respected property firm, is seeking an ambitious Senior Negotiator/Manager to join their successful office in Bristol (BS15). The Role
This position will suit a driven individual who combines strong valuation and negotiation skills with leadership capability. You will play a pivotal role in winning new business, managing the sales process, and supporting the continued growth and performance of the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting market appraisals and securing new instructions
- Managing and negotiating sales from offer through to completion
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey
- Supporting and contributing to the strategic growth of the branch
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience as a Senior Negotiator, Valuer, or Manager
- Strong knowledge of the Bristol property market (preferred)
- Confident, professional, and commercially minded
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ambitious with a desire to progress into a senior leadership or Directorship role
