Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistants, Senior Carers, or Support Workers to join our team. Responsibilities
- Assisting clients with daily activities such as personal care, mobility, and medication management
- Supporting individuals with their care plans to ensure personalised and effective care delivery
- Providing companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment
- Maintaining accurate records of care provided using IT systems and documentation tools
- Communicating effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care needs
- Driving clients to appointments or outings when required, ensuring safe transportation
- Adhering to health and safety policies, including infection control procedures
- Assisting with household tasks such as meal preparation and light cleaning as part of holistic support
Skills
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to listen actively and convey information clearly
- Good IT skills for maintaining accurate records and updating care plans efficiently
- Valid driving licence and experience in driving are advantageous for supporting home care or outings
- Experience working in a care home or providing home care is desirable but not essential; training can be provided
- Knowledge of care plans and ability to adapt support accordingly
- Compassionate nature with excellent interpersonal skills to build trust with clients
- Organised, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Pay: £30,420.00-£34,758.45 per year
