Inbound Vehicle Inspector
Location: Long Bennington, Lincolnshire
Pay: £14.00 per hour
Shift: Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00 OR 10:00-20:00
Contract: Full-Time, Temp to Perm
We are recruiting Inbound Vehicle Inspectors on behalf of our client, one of the UK’s leading automotive companies. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous experience in vehicle inspection or estimating to join a professional and supportive team. Based at their Long Bennington site, you'll play a key role in ensuring vehicles meet the required condition standards as they arrive.
The Role:
- Inspect vehicles on arrival and record any damage (scratches, dents, scuffs) using a handheld tablet.
- Ensure all checks are completed to a high standard and in line with company and industry guidelines.
- Move vehicles to designated compound areas when required.
- Liaise with the admin team regarding vehicle arrivals and any issues identified.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in vehicle inspection or estimating is essential.
- Confident using handheld tech and systems.
- Full UK driving licence (must be aged 23+ for insurance purposes).
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Safety boots required.
- Good spoken and written English.
