Luxury Jewellery Store Manager – Salisbury
We are recruiting for an experienced Luxury Jewellery Store Manager to lead a prestigious jewellery boutique in Salisbury.
This role is ONLY suitable for candidates with previous experience within luxury jewellery, fine jewellery, luxury watches, or premium boutique retail.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and developing a team of 6
- Driving sales performance and store KPIs
- Delivering exceptional luxury customer service
- Building long-term client relationships
- Managing stock control and daily store operations
- Maintaining luxury visual merchandising standards
- Overseeing rotas, reporting, and administration
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Previous jewellery retail experience
- Experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Retail Manager
- Strong sales and people management skills
- Passion for luxury retail and customer service
Desirable:
- Fine jewellery or luxury watch experience
- Experience with Bransom software

Working Hours
Monday – Saturday: 9:15am – 5:10pm
Some Sundays during December
Fixed days off: Sunday & Monday
