Essential Requirements
- Degree in Physiotherapy (BSc or MSc)
- Current HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist
- Full CSP membership
- Minimum 1 year UK physiotherapy experience
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for community visits
- Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
- Right to work in the UK
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently in client's homes
Desirable Requirements
- Community physiotherapy experience
- Experience managing patients in their own homes
- NHS, rehabilitation, elderly care, neurological, orthopaedic, or MSK experience
- Experience working autonomously and managing a caseload
- Knowledge of safeguarding and risk assessment in community settings
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct physiotherapy assessments in client's homes
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans
- Provide rehabilitation for mobility, balance, strength, pain management, and functional independence
- Maintain accurate clinical records
- Liaise with GPs, consultants, carers, and other healthcare professionals where appropriate
- Deliver outstanding patient-centred care
