Experience in a similar leadership role – ideally in hospitality, kitchens, or premium pubs
Strong knowledge of restaurant & kitchen operations
A people-first approach with proven success leading high-performing teams
Solid financial skills – you know your way around P&L, stock, rotas, and compliance
Commercial instincts – you can drive sales and spot opportunities
Cool under pressure with great problem-solving skills
Top-notch communication and team motivation skills
