Zen Educate are looking for experienced Cover Supervisors and Teaching Assistants in North Somerset. We seek to place Cover Supervisors in some of the best secondary schools across North Somerset. Successful candidates will earn a minimum of £120 a day.
What you will need to succeed:
School leaders are searching for confident, adaptable and enthusiastic individuals with an interest in the education sector. Perhaps you’re a teacher looking for flexibility, a recent graduate with subject specific expertise or an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for a step up in their careers.
The ideal Cover Supervisor should:
- Have experience working as a Teaching Assistant (ideally in secondary) or SEN TA
- Be confident leading a class of up to 30 students
- Have experience in behaviour management
- Be proactive with carrying out lesson plans
- Be flexible around covering different types of lessons
- Be able to work 8.30-4pm
