We are looking for compassionate and reliable Domiciliary Care Workers to join our dedicated care team. In this rewarding role, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care, including assistance with washing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support with medication administration and monitoring.
- Assist with meal preparation and nutrition.
- Help with light household duties, including cleaning and laundry.
- Accompany clients to appointments and social activities.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Maintain accurate care records and report any concerns to supervisors.
- Follow care plans and promote person-centred care at all times.
Requirements
- Caring, patient, and compassionate nature.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and trustworthy with a commitment to delivering excellent care.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential).
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- Enhanced DBS check required (or willingness to obtain one).
