Job Experience:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience across Manufacturing/Quality/Automotive environments

Job Purpose & Objectives:
- Manning planning
- Job Set Up Authorisation
- Generate Job Information Packs
- Act as lead role and main contact for on-site customer issues
- Compile and report on performance data to customer
- Initiate and monitor for Problem Solving inc. Failed Containment Check sheet, No Surprise Document & Level Zero.

Key Processes & Procedures:
- Act as site representative for 247
- Point of contact for site/client escalations
- Point of contact for site/client change in requirements in new work content
- Oversight of 247 Job Information Packs & associated training
- Generate site specific report and generate data analysis templates
- Completion of Site Supervision Task Adherence Checks
- Perform daily audits to ensure processes/WIS being adhered to
- Process Leader for Level Zero/Problem Solving and will pull on required 247 Subject Matter Experts as required
- Attend and be 247 representatives at customer daily meetings if requested
- Owner and champion plant open issues list and weekly review
- Escalation of abnormal conditions with 247 and Customer Structure
- Team leader/Supervisor coaching and succession planning
- Confirm completion of Site Launch Checklist for site of ownership
- Point of out of hours escalation for site/s of responsibility
