Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our property portfolio. This is for a private landlord - so must have similar experience. Understanding of investment and asset management is also key.
Salary would be pro-rota, we would be ideally looking for someone to work 2 days a week - Tuesday and Wednesday.
The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, technical knowledge, and leadership qualities to ensure the efficient running of properties, maintenance, and tenant relations. Responsibilities
- Oversee the management and administration of multiple properties, ensuring compliance with legal and safety standards.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair activities, including electrical, mechanical, and structural works, ensuring timely completion.
- Supervise maintenance staff and contractors, providing guidance and ensuring high standards of service delivery.
- Develop and implement project management plans for property upgrades or renovations.
- Review schematics, electrical diagrams, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Manage tenant relations, including lease agreements, rent collection, and addressing tenant concerns promptly.
- Conduct regular inspections to assess property conditions and identify areas for improvement or repair.
- Maintain detailed records of property activities, maintenance schedules, and compliance documentation.
- Lead health and safety initiatives across all properties to ensure a secure environment for tenants and staff.
Experience
- Proven management experience within property or facilities management roles.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Technical knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, electrical systems, and mechanical components.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with supervising experience in a team environment.
- Mechanical knowledge coupled with maintenance expertise is highly desirable.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

Pay: £24,420.00-£26,500.00 per year
