Job Title: Commercial Cleaner
Location: Long Sutton Golf Club
Hours: 6 hours per week
- 3 hours on Monday
- 3 hours on Sunday
- (Including Bank Holidays)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will work alongside another cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our premises, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- General cleaning of commercial premises, including communal areas and restrooms
- Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately
- Cleaning and sanitising surfaces and high-touch areas
- Restocking cleaning supplies where necessary
- Reporting any maintenance or repair issues
- Following all health and safety procedures
Teamwork & Cover:
- Work collaboratively with another cleaner to complete tasks efficiently
- Provide holiday and absence cover for the other cleaner when required (additional hours may be available during these periods)
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible
- Ability to manage time effectively and follow instructions
Working Hours:
- Monday: 3 hours
- Sunday: 3 hours
- Required to work on Bank Holidays as part of the regular schedule
- Flexibility to cover additional hours during colleague’s holidays or absence
Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract
Pay: From £12.71 per hour
