Salary: Fixed (depending on experience) + variable
- Client acquisition and business development in the institutional segment of one or more European countries
- Assessing clients’ investment objectives and understanding their needs
- Working alongside the structuring team to offer suitable investment and hedging strategies
- Manage the client relationship effectively to provide excellent service, build long term relationships and drive recurring business
Prerequisite:
- A university or business school degree equivalent to a BSc or an MSc
- A sound knowledge of derivatives pricing and a keen interest in macroeconomics and finance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic team player with the ability to work under pressure
- Results driven, competitive and ambitious
- Willing to travel extensively
Desirable:
- Previous experience in a front office role
- Proficiency in one or more foreign languages
