Electrician – Domestic Properties
- £40,000 Basic salary ( OTE £50,000 )
- Postcodes where Electricians needed: NW and surrounding areas
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am–5pm (+ rota weekends)
We’re looking for a qualified Electrician to carry out reactive, planned and disrepair works across domestic properties. You’ll help keep homes safe, compliant and well maintained, using modern digital systems to manage jobs efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing . . .
- Installing, servicing and maintaining domestic electrical systems
- Completing Health & Safety risk assessments on site
- Carrying out routine maintenance and repairs
- Replacing sockets, fittings and faulty components
- Reporting non-compliant or unsafe installations
- Working from job tickets via PDA (Axis system)
What We’re Looking For . . .
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation (including AM2)
- 18th Edition
- Full clean driving licence
- Clean DBS
- Good time management and attention to detail
- Positive, professional attitude
