Seamstress — Emma Harris Lingerie
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and Lingerie Seamstress to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in precision, craftsmanship, and the creation of beautifully made garments. You will be part of a supportive, detail‑driven studio where quality, care, and consistency guide every stage of production.

Key Responsibilities
- Sew and assemble garments following technical instructions and established quality standards
- Inspect finished pieces to ensure they meet expectations for finish, fit, and craftsmanship
- Operate industrial sewing machines safely, confidently, and with care
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workspace
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet deadlines while upholding exceptional quality
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven sewing experience with strong knowledge of stitching techniques and garment construction
- Experience producing lingerie using lockstitch, overlock, cross stitch, bone casing and elastication.
- Further experience in loungewear construction is highly advantageous
- An open‑minded approach to learning new skills and raising quality standards
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high‑quality work
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team
- Good manual dexterity and stamina for repetitive tasks
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced studio environment
