Are you an experienced automotive professional with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences? We are looking for a driven and dynamic Front of House Manager Aftersales to lead our Front of House team and play a key role in the future growth of our aftersales department.

About the Role
As Front of House Manager, you will take full responsibility for managing the front-of-house aftersales operation. You will lead the Service Advisors and customer-facing team to ensure exceptional service standards, strong commercial performance, and seamless customer journeys from booking to vehicle handover.
You will act as the bridge between customers and the workshop, driving efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Aftersales Front of House team (Service Advisors, booking coordinators & reception team)
- Drive customer satisfaction and retention, delivering a premium Simpsons Skoda experience
- Monitor and improve KPIs including labour sales, parts sales, upsell performance, and Customer Satisfaction
- Coach, motivate and develop the team to achieve individual and departmental targets
- Oversee daily operational performance and customer flow
- Handle escalated customer concerns professionally and effectively
- Work closely with the Workshop Controller and Parts Advisor to maximise efficiency
- Support the Group Aftersales Manager in budgeting, forecasting and departmental planning
- Ensure full compliance with Skoda brand standards and processes.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in an automotive aftersales/service advisor leadership role
- Strong understanding of aftersales KPIs and commercial drivers
- Excellent leadership, coaching and communication skills
