Pay Rate: £16.00 - £19.00 per hour DOE

They manufacture precision composite components to exacting quality standards and are continuing to expand their skilled production team.
The Role
We are recruiting for an experienced Composite Laminator to join a growing manufacturing team in Nottingham.
Working with advanced composite materials, you will be responsible for producing high-quality components using carbon fibre and pre-preg materials for demanding applications within Formula One, Motorsport, MOD and Aerospace sectors.
Responsibilities
- Laminating composite components using pre-preg carbon fibre materials
- Hand lay-up of precision composite parts
- Trimming, bonding and finishing components to specification
- Following engineering drawings, work instructions and manufacturing procedures
- Carrying out quality checks throughout the production process
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
- Supporting production schedules and delivery targets
About You
- Previous Composite Laminating experience is essential
- Experience working with carbon fibre materials
- Experience within Formula One, Motorsport, MOD, Aerospace or similar precision engineering environments
- Ability to read and follow engineering drawings and technical instructions
- Excellent attention to detail and quality standards
- Able to work effectively within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong team player with a positive attitude
