Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Duty Manager to join our team at The Lord Crewe. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and support our staff in delivering outstanding service. Your leadership will be vital in maintaining the warm and professional atmosphere our guests love.
Your Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead and motivate staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Coordinate with departments to maintain high standards of service.
- Assist in staff training and development.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage reservations and room allocations as needed.
- Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in guest services and hotel operations.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Passion for hospitality and delivering excellent customer service.
