What experience you will have:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or strong Assistant Restaurant Manager in a busy hospitality environment
- Excellent floor presence and a genuine passion for service and guest experience
- Strong people leadership, coaching and team development skills
- Experience managing rotas, performance, training and day-to-day operations
- A natural host with a genuine passion for hospitality and guest care
- Calm, confident communication and the ability to lead from the floor
- Strong attention to detail, organisation and numeracy
