The Role
- Achieve monthly vehicle sales targets
- Generate customer enquiries & appointments
- Deliver a first-class end-to-end customer experience
- Promote brand awareness via social media & digital channels
- Maximise profitability through finance & add-on products
- Maintain compliance, transparency & customer trust
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a target-driven sales or customer-facing role
- Strong communication skills & motivation to succeed
- Full UK driving licence required
- Flexibility to work weekends
- Motor retail experience
