We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service/Sales Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities
- Greet customers professionally in person, providing excellent customer support and client services
- Assist customers with the signup process using effective communication and sales techniques
- Manage data entry using POS system
- Maintain records of customer interactions and sales for analysis and reporting purposes
- Build rapport with clients and resolve issues promptly
- Support team efforts by collaborating on sales strategies and customer engagement initiatives
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with outbound calling campaigns and client outreach strategies is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
- No experience required as coaching is provided plus a personal mentor
