Job Summary
We are seeking a number of Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our team in Birmingham. The successful candidates will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and engaging top talent across various sectors. The role is a 360 Recruitment role and will involve spending significant time on the phone to both employers and candidates.
Duties
- Cold calling prospective Hiring Managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates, providing expert advice on recruitment strategies and market trends
- Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability for various roles within the organisation
- Utilising CRM tools to track engagement activities and optimise outreach efforts.
- Coordinating interview schedules, feedback collection, and offer negotiations to ensure a positive candidate experience
Prior Experience
- Some UK work experience in a environment where relationship building was important
- Some experience in a telephone based environment

Pay: £24,500.00-£26,500.00 per year
