Boomerang Health Care is a well-established care provider delivering high-quality, person-centred care within the community. We are currently recruiting reliable and compassionate Care Assistants to support service users living in their own homes across Birtley and the surrounding areas.
Role Overview
The successful candidates will provide a range of personal care and support services, enabling individuals to maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life within their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with personal care tasks in line with individual care plans
- Supporting service users with daily living activities
- Administering or assisting with medication where required
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Maintaining accurate care records
- Travelling between service users’ homes within the local area
Essential Requirements
- Must be a driver with access to your own vehicle
- Caring, reliable, and professional approach
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
