About the Role
As a Care Worker, you will provide person-centred support to individuals within the community, assisting with daily living tasks while encouraging independence and wellbeing.
Duties Include:
- Supporting clients with personal care
- Assisting with medication prompts and administration
- Preparing meals and supporting nutrition
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Helping with shopping and household tasks
- Supporting clients to attend appointments and community activities
- Delivering enabling care to promote independence and confidence
- Maintaining accurate care records
What We Are Looking For
- Caring and compassionate nature
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, flexible, and professional attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential
