Pay
London Living Wage for applicants over 21 yrs. Salary for applicants under 21 yrs will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Training
NCFE CACHE Level 3 Diploma for Working in the Early Years Sector with Pen Green Centre or equivalent

Toddlers group lead teacher/ Deputy Manager / Nursery Owner Manager
About the Role
The apprentice will support the nursery team to provide safe, warm, and engaging care and learning for children. They will be supervised while building the knowledge, skills, and behaviours needed for early years practice.
- Support children with play, routines, personal care, mealtimes, sleep/rest, and transitions.
- Build positive, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Follow safeguarding, health and safety, behaviour, hygiene, confidentiality, and nursery policies.
- Take part in apprenticeship training, observations, study tasks, and feedback sessions.
- Develop experience across the age range in the setting, including toddler and preschool practice.
- Ask for support promptly and work within the limits of apprentice supervision and training.
