We are currently recruiting for a talented and motivated Breakfast Chef to join the culinary team at our luxury hotel. This is a full-time position,ideal for someone with previous experience in a four- or five-star hotel or fine dining environment. You should be confident running your own section,working effectively as part of a fast-paced team,and have excellent communication and organisational skills. You will report directly to the Executive Chef.

Key Responsibilities as a Breakfast Chef:

Day to day running and cooking of the breakfast service.

Assisting other sections when required.

Maintaining high health and safety standards.

Assisting with cost and stock control when required.

Keeping the freezer list up to date.

Checking deliveries.
What are we looking for?

Experience in preparing and serving breakfast.
