We are seeking an experienced, independent Qualified Therapist to operate on a self-employed basis within our space. You will deliver high-performance electrical facials, deep-tissue sports therapies, and nurturing pregnancy massages. While you run your own business, you will benefit from full reception support to seamlessly manage your clients and scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Treatments: Perform advanced electrical facials, safe prenatal/postnatal massages, and targeted sports therapies.
- Client Care: Conduct independent consultations and check for treatment contraindications.
- Professional Standards: Maintain a spotless workspace and sterilize all tools between clients according to health regulations.
Front-of-House & Booking Support
- Reception Access: Full support from our front-of-house team to greet, check in, and check out your clients.
- Calendar Management: Access to our salon/clinic booking software for streamlined scheduling.
- Payments: Smooth handling of client payments and re-booking at the front desk.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Certifications: Valid Level 3/4 Massage Diploma (with Pregnancy and Sports specialties) and NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (Electrical Facials).
- Business Essentials: Proof of active self-employed status and valid public liability insurance.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years operating independently or in a premium clinic setting.
