Drayton Motors Grimsby and Scunthorpe are looking for Vehicle Technicians of all experience levels to join our growing Service Team.

As a key member of our workshop team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality vehicle servicing, diagnostics, and repairs while ensuring excellent standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
The Role
As a Vehicle Technician, your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs
- Diagnosing faults using modern diagnostic equipment
- Conducting electrical and mechanical repairs
- Road testing vehiclesduring and after repair
- Reading and interpreting technical information, wiring diagrams, and customer incident reports
- Stripping down, repairing, and replacing major components when required
- Completing accurate repair and service documentation
- Ensuring a high level of first-time fix through thorough testing and quality workmanship
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
- Experience in vehicle diagnostics and mechanical repairs
- A positive, proactive attitude with strong teamwork skills
- The ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
- Experience within a franchised dealership or independent garage is welcome
Successful candidates will be enrolled in the Stellantis Academy, receiving full manufacturer training to support their ongoing development and long-term career progression.
