The firm has built a strong reputation across the region and acts for a broad client base, including landowners, farmers, rural businesses, high-net-worth individuals and private estates.
You'll handle a varied caseload combining both residential and agricultural property matters, with the autonomy to manage your own clients while working alongside experienced colleagues in a collaborative environment.
The role will include:
- Residential sales and purchases, including high-value transactions
- Agricultural land sales and acquisitions
- Farm and estate transactions
- Transfers of land and property
- Easements, rights of way and other rural property matters
- Working closely with landowners, farming clients and private individuals
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members where appropriate
The firm is keen to speak with experienced solicitors who enjoy building long-term client relationships and delivering practical, commercial advice. There is a genuine opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of the department and play a visible role within the wider firm.
In return, you'll join a team that values expertise, encourages collaboration and offers a sensible approach to work-life balance. Clear progression opportunities are available for ambitious lawyers looking to continue their career development within a successful and well-regarded practice.
