Weatherproofing Advisors is a national Roofing, Cladding and Scaffolding company with locations in Glasgow, Newcastle, Merseyside, London, and Bristol. We are currently recruiting for the following position:
· Roofing & Maintenance Operatives for our Bristol Branch covering the southwest
Key Responsibilities
- From refurbishment of roofs to repairing roofs, on various roof systems across various sites in the southwest.
- Diagnose and carry out general building fabric maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations, including working at height.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Use company tablets to complete job records and site audits.
- Represent the company professionally on-site at all times.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in building maintenance.
- Experience will help in some of the following, sheeting and cladding, single ply, felt, tiling but is not mandatory
- An understanding of Health & Safety practices.
- Ability to work as a team and manage your own workload.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Team player with a proactive, solution-focused attitude.
- Full UK driving licence.
