Duties
- Collect, verify, and input data accurately into organisational databases
- Assist with maintaining compliance records and documentation in line with regulatory requirements
- Support quality assurance procedures by reviewing data for consistency and accuracy
- Help prepare reports related to compliance metrics and quality assurance activities
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement
- Ensure all data handling complies with organisational policies and data protection regulations
- Contribute to the development and implementation of quality assurance protocols
- Maintain organised records of compliance documentation for audit purposes
Requirements
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Basic understanding of data management systems and procedures
- Knowledge of quality assurance principles is desirable
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Prior experience or interest in compliance or quality assurance roles is advantageous
- A proactive attitude with a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality
