As Branch Manager, you'll lead our new branch from the ground up, with the full backing of our established hub in Pangbourne. You'll be the technical lead for project and sales management, building a close-knit team of 10 across sales, installation, service and electrical, and growing a presence in a brand-new area within 45 minutes of SL5.
Your role will be varied, but we'll make sure that we set you up for success. You'll have centralised support for booking, admin, marketing, finance, training, HR and stock - alongside the latest software, the backing of our leadership team, and the freedom to build something you're genuinely proud of.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a multi-skilled team of 10, covering sales, installation, service and electrical
- Take ownership of branch performance, including sales targets, project delivery, customer satisfaction and team development
- Provide technical input across quotes, surveys and installs where needed, supporting the team in delivering work to the standard our customers expect
- Build relationships in the local community and grow the branch's presence in its catchment area
- Work closely with our central support functions to make sure the branch runs smoothly day-to-day
- Own the outcome - making sure every customer interaction, from first call to aftercare, reflects the standards we're known for
Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in heating, AC or renewables is required
- Previous experience in a leadership, branch or operations role is preferred, but not essential - the right attitude matters more, and full training and support will be provided to develop you into the role
- A driven, ambitious mindset with a genuine love of solving problems
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and be open, honest and approachable with both your team and your customers
- A team-oriented mindset, leading by example and contributing to a positive, high-performing work environment
