Role Overview
We are seeking a Showroom Administrator to join our small, dedicated team for 13.5 hours per week. The role is typically worked over Thursday (9:00am–4:00pm) and Friday (9:00am–4:30pm), with flexibility occasionally required.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support across showroom operations
- Manage diaries, annual leave records, and internal scheduling
- Process invoices, supplier orders and returns with accuracy and efficiency
- Liaise with suppliers regarding fabric samples, stock and deliveries
- Support customer service in-store and over the phone
- Maintain showroom presentation, including shop front window dressing
- Assist with digital marketing including social media and email campaigns
- Update website blog content and support online presence
- Manage printing supplies and general office consumables
- Ensure showroom standards remain exceptional at all times
- Proactively improve organisation and efficiency during quieter periods
- Work independently while contributing to a close-knit, professional team
Personal Attributes
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a genuine passion for interiors, and enjoys working in a visually creative environment. Good IT skills, attention to detail and a self-motivated approach are essential.
Pay: From £12.71 per hour
