We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Apprentice to join our friendly team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has completed their Level 2 qualification and is ready to develop their skills whilst working towards a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification.
Working alongside our experienced practitioners, you will gain valuable hands-on experience while learning the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to become a qualified Early Years Educator.
Key Responsibilities
Support the planning and delivery of engaging, play-based learning experiences in line with the EYFS.
Build positive relationships with children, helping them to feel safe, happy and confident.
Support children's learning, development and independence through purposeful play.
Assist with observations and assessments to help monitor children's progress.
Begin to develop your own Key Person responsibilities with support from senior staff.
Promote children's health, safety and wellbeing by following safeguarding and nursery policies at all times
Support children's daily routines, including meal times, personal care, sleep routines and outdoor play.
Help to create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
Build positive relationships with parents and carers, sharing information under the guidance of senior staff.
Work as part of a supportive team and contribute positively to the nursery environment.
Attend all apprenticeship training sessions, complete off-the-job learning hours and work towards achieving your Level 3 qualification.
Participate in staff meetings, training and continuous professional development opportunities.
