As a Spa Therapist, you will provide first-class treatments and deliver an outstanding guest experience, helping us maintain our reputation as an iconic wellbeing brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a range of therapeutic, holistic, and wellbeing treatments, including facials, massages, and nail treatments, to the highest standard
- Maximise treatment and retail sales to meet or exceed targets and KPIs
- Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding guest expectations
- Offer professional advice on treatments, homecare, and product recommendations
- Conduct spa tours, talks, demonstrations, and promotional events to showcase our services
- Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and work areas in a clean, safe, and hygienic condition
- Adhere to Champneys protocols, training programs, and health & safety standards
- Collaborate effectively with managers and reception to manage schedules, treatment changes, and guest requirements
- Attend all required training to develop your skills and maintain your therapist grade
Requirements
- Level 2 & 3 NVQ in Beauty Therapy, or equivalent qualification
- Essential massage experience
- Passion for delivering exceptional client care
- Flexibility and a cooperative approach to scheduling

Pay: £14.00-£15.00 per hour
