Role: Despatch IPL – Temporary
Location: Pontefract
Working hours: Monday – Friday; 10:00 – 18:00
Salary: £12.71 per hour (£26,436.80 annually)
Position type: 6-month fixed term contract
Our Despatch team are critical to the smooth running of our operations, providing comprehensive knowledge and technical skill. We are looking for a passionate operator to join our team and have some fun along the way!
How you’ll contribute to the mix:
Within this role you will work as part of our warehouse and packing teams to provide timely delivery of finished goods to despatch and packing materials to the packing machines in a safe, efficient and effective manner.
Ingredients that you bring with you:

Previous warehouse and distribution experience

Previous experience working within a food manufacturing or manufacturing environment

Awareness and knowledge of Health and Safety and Food Hygiene standards

Strong planning and organisation skills

Good written and verbal communication abilities

The ability to work effectively as part of a team; we are looking for a reliable and supportive team player

An ability to use initiative as well as work independently
