We are a leading national apprenticeship provider dedicated to serving the automotive sector. As we expand our team, we are seeking an equally enthusiastic and passionate individual to join us at Auto Assess Apprenticeships.
In this role, you will have the exciting responsibility of delivering comprehensive Light Vehicle Service & Repair apprenticeship standards to a maximum of 27 apprentices located in the Hertfordshire Area. Your autonomy and initiative will be valued as you work with minimal supervision, drawing upon your in-depth knowledge of the automotive industry.
This is a Monday to Thursday role, and it involves travelling between employer premises for some of the time as well as working from home. While a teaching/assessing qualification would be desirable, we also welcome candidates with relevant industry skills and experience. If selected, we will provide you with training and support to acquire a professional teaching qualification.
As an Auto Assess team member, you will enjoy a starting salary up to £34,000 per annum. Additionally, we offer attractive benefits including a generous employer pension contribution, mileage payments, in-house training, and a holiday allowance of 20 days per year (equivalent to 5 weeks) plus bank holidays. Our unique 4-day working week allows for a great work-life balance.
To be eligible for this exciting opportunity, you MUST have:
- Level 3 qualification in Motor Vehicle Mechanics (or related)
- Recent experience of working in the Automotive Industry
Although a teaching/assessing qualification would be desirable, we welcome applicants looking to start their career in teaching.
